The Zanolli Teorema Polis is a modular multi-function bakery deck oven, first patented in 1982 and built on more than 70 years of Zanolli baking technology. The 4/MC26-1 single deck version holds 4 x 600 x 400mm trays side by side within a taller 260mm chamber, the largest chamber height in the Polis series, giving extra room for higher rising bakery products. Construction is full stainless steel with a thick refractory stone deck, reinforced double glazed door, and a fully sealed, washable chamber with removable rails.

The control panel offers 20 programmable cooking settings covering chamber temperature up to 400 degrees Celsius, timer, top and bottom element intensity, and steam injection, with dual probes for accurate temperature regulation. Additional features include pre-heat modes, an economy mode to save energy, a 45 minute auto-clean cycle, and a manual exhaust valve. The unit is fully modular and can be stacked up to four decks high, with accessories available including steam generators, leavening cells, stands and bread loaders.

Our priority is our customers however we have to respect our suppliers' strict returns policies. We live in a world of high volumes and slim margins to keep prices down. For these reasons, our suppliers charge 30% restocking fees if you change your mind about a purchase or order the wrong item and then want to exchange it for another.
If your order needs to be re-routed or returned to its warehouse(s) of origin after being collected by a courier, many additional people become involved to facilitate your return.

Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
