Returns

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Used Products

Any item purchased as new that has been used cannot be returned, refunded, or credited.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Once assessed and approved, faulty items may be eligible for:

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit

Return approval must be obtained prior to sending the item back.

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns may be accepted at our discretion.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Return request made within 30 days

Approved change of mind returns will be issued as store credit only.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.

Return Shipping

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
