The Zanolli Synthesis 3-12/100VE is a production series electric conveyor oven with triple 40 inch belts connected into a single production line, run from one main controller. Designed for large scale, semi industrial production of pizza, baked goods and roasted vegetables, it is built entirely from stainless steel with a built in cooling system for a cool to touch exterior.

The shared controller manages all three modules together, with up to 10 programmable cooking settings, independent top and bottom power adjustment from 50 to 100 percent, and an economy standby mode. Working temperature is reached in around 20 minutes and the oven cooks at up to 320 degrees C along a conveyor length of around 6.3 metres.

Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
