The Zanolli Selene 80 VAR is a heavy duty 80 litre planetary mixer for pastry shops and bakeries, capable of whipping egg whites to stiff peaks, working shortcrust pastry, kneading dough and blending runny mixes into smooth emulsions through its planetary motion. An inverter controlled motor gives a wide RPM range with a built-in timer, plus a hydraulic automatic bowl lift and standard bowl trolley for easy handling.

The bowl is thick AISI 304 stainless steel and is quick release for easy cleaning and emptying, with a tool locking system for secure attachment of the included dough hook, paddle and whisk. The steel planetary drive runs in an oil-filled cast iron housing on ball bearings for quiet, low maintenance operation, and the mixer sits on four anti-vibration rubber feet with a bowl guard microswitch for safety.

Our priority is our customers however we have to respect our suppliers' strict returns policies. We live in a world of high volumes and slim margins to keep prices down. For these reasons, our suppliers charge 30% restocking fees if you change your mind about a purchase or order the wrong item and then want to exchange it for another.
If your order needs to be re-routed or returned to its warehouse(s) of origin after being collected by a courier, many additional people become involved to facilitate your return.

Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
