The Zanolli Galassia 25S Special is a liftable head, fixed bowl spiral dough mixer with two speed, three phase operation, fitted with a heavy duty stainless steel pull out slide mechanism that gives quick access to the head for cleaning and dough removal. It kneads up to 25kg of finished dough in a 32 litre bowl, built with the same heavy duty stainless steel spiral and bowl construction used across the Galassia range.

The lift mechanism is engineered to protect the gears when closing, while the fully chain driven, gearbox free transmission adds strength for dough hydration up to 55%. It comes with a timer control for unattended kneading, electromechanical controls, a clear ABS guard, and heavy duty lockable castors.

  7-14 business days for all other regions

For these reasons, our suppliers charge 30% restocking fees if you change your mind about a purchase or order the wrong item and then want to exchange it for another.
If your order needs to be re-routed or returned to its warehouse(s) of origin after being collected by a courier, many additional people become involved to facilitate your return.

Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
