Zanolli Devil 33 Heated Pizza Former with 330mm Plates 4FD3302

The Zanolli Devil 33 is a heated pizza former that presses dough balls weighing 100g to 270g into perfectly round pizza bases up to 330mm in diameter in a single step, giving the crisp edge that hot forming is known for. It suits pizzerias wanting to cut prep time and standardise base thickness without an extra rolling or hand stretching step.

Operators set dough thickness, temperature and pressing time on the control panel, with a timer adjustable from 1 to 10 seconds and independent top and bottom digital thermostats running up to 160 degrees Celsius. The heavy gauge cast iron chromium plates are non-stick with bevelled edges for a clean crust, and the unit can turn out up to 400 pizza bases an hour. Two-hand push-button operation and a safety guard that halts pressing when lifted are built in, with the whole unit in heavy gauge stainless steel.

Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
