The Roband Heat 'n' Hold Food Display Warmer with sliding display doors is a hot food display and holding cabinet designed to keep food at serving temperature on display for extended periods without degrading quality.

Dual heating elements and dual fans maintain a consistent, even oven temperature throughout the cabinet. The unit runs on a dual thermostat system: a holding temperature thermostat for normal operation, and a pre-heating thermostat that can be set to a higher temperature and run via a timer for up to 90 minutes, after which control reverts automatically to the holding thermostat. It fits up to 8 standard 18" wire bakers racks (737 x 457mm), each able to accommodate 2 x 1 gastronorm pans. Easy-fill humidity trays help maintain food condition, and crumb trays make cleaning simple. The control side features lift-off hinged doors for easy loading and end-of-day cleaning, while the display side has sliding glass doors. Construction is stainless steel for durability and food safety, with insulation for energy efficiency, easily replaceable high temperature lights, and height adjustable feet. Runs on 10 Amp power.

  5-10 business days for Perth
  7-14 business days for all other regions

Our priority is our customers however we have to respect our suppliers' strict returns policies. We live in a world of high volumes and slim margins to keep prices down. For these reasons, our suppliers charge 30% restocking fees if you change your mind about a purchase or order the wrong item and then want to exchange it for another.
If your order needs to be re-routed or returned to its warehouse(s) of origin after being collected by a courier, many additional people become involved to facilitate your return.

Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
