The Sirman P-Roll 420/2 RP Plus Series features a 420mm double-pass parallel roller specifically designed for rolling pizza dough, accommodating diameters from 140 to 400mm and dough weights between 100 to 700 grams. The Double pass system doubles efficiency and includes a 320mm top Roller and 420mm bottom Roller. Built to the highest standards, it is considered the most heavy-duty and expertly engineered dough roller on the market, delivering exceptional performance and lasting durability. Its fully disassemblable design sets it apart from other dough rollers, significantly simplifying cleaning and maintenance. Every component can be easily taken apart, stripped, and cleaned without the need for tools. This includes removable upper and lower aluminum roller scrapers, easy detachable upper and lower roller protections, a detachable ceramic slide, removable guards, and a rear dough cover, all designed for efficient and fast cleanability.
