Introducing the PROFI Schnitzel Master, a cutting-edge manual meat tenderizer that utilizes the patented ""Mastering®"" system to enhance meat preparation. Unlike traditional methods that press, steak, or batter meat, the Mastering® process gently stretches meat fibers both longitudinally and laterally, preserving the fresh meat character while significantly improving taste. This innovative technique increases the meat surface area by up to 50%, resulting in a higher weight product, extended shelf life of up to eight days, and juicier, more flavorful meat.

The PROFI is a manual, high-quality benchtop flattener with a robust 240mm working roller, designed to handle any boneless meat with ease. Its superior water retention ensures minimal weight loss, making it an efficient choice for reducing food costs while presenting larger portions. The machine's patented Mastering® process maintains the meat's cell structure and pH, resulting in tender and succulent meat without the shrinkage commonly associated with traditional pounding methods.

Durability is a key feature of the PROFI, which maintains meat integrity over longer periods and allows for advanced preparation and extended storage. The machine offers individually selectable meat thicknesses for precise results and consistent cooking times.

Cleaning is straightforward with the PROFI, as it can be washed in any commercial dishwasher and disassembled into five parts for easy maintenance. The frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel, with stainless steel axle, crank, and adjustment lever, while drive gears, bearing seats, and tenderizing rollers are made from durable polypropylene (PP).
