Model WI.HBCT.1.3500.P delivers 3500W of induction power and features a plug-in temperature probe for improved cooking accuracy. The unit is suitable for cookware with diameters ranging from 120mm to 360mm.

The cooktop has overall dimensions of 340 x 440 x 122 mm with a listed weight of 7.2kg and is supplied with a 15A, 240V plug and lead for commercial kitchen operation.
