The inverter provides tremendous torque while allowing bakers full control of belt speeds to suit a variety of different products. It incorporates two synchronized belts measuring 850mm x 500mm each. Designed as a benchtop model, the Sirio 500/850 VAR is particularly suited for pastry shops with limited floor space, fitting conveniently on any benchtop, with belts that fold away when not in use for easy storage.
