The Zanolli Vulcano 40 is a compact countertop electric pizza deck oven built for kitchens with limited space, capable of baking one 34cm pizza per load. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it uses armoured heating elements and a thick refractory ceramic floor to hold heat well and cook consistently.

Independent top and bottom element controls allow precise adjustment for different products, while a gravity springless door with viewing window keeps heat loss to a minimum. It reaches up to 400 degrees C and runs off a standard power socket, making it suited to reheating and baking fresh pizza on the benchtop.
