The Zanolli Synthesis 2-12/100VE is a production series electric conveyor oven with twin 40 inch belts joined into a single connected conveyor line, run from one main controller. It is built for high volume, semi industrial output such as pizza, baked goods and roasted vegetables, with a stainless steel body and built in cooling for a cool to touch exterior.

The single controller manages both cooking modules together, offering up to 10 programmable cooking settings, independent top and bottom power adjustment from 50 to 100 percent, and an economy standby mode. Working temperature is reached in around 20 minutes and the oven cooks at up to 320 degrees C along a conveyor length of around 4.4 metres. An optional heavy duty stand is available.
