The Zanolli Synthesis 12/80E is a 32 inch electric impingement conveyor oven designed for high volume production kitchens. Its full width double glazed inspection door allows product to be loaded or removed mid cook, and the stainless steel body with built in cooling keeps external surfaces cool during operation.

An advanced control board provides up to 10 programmable cooking settings with independent top and bottom power adjustment from 50 to 100 percent, plus an economy mode to reduce energy use in quieter periods. The oven reaches working temperature in around 20 minutes and cooks at up to 320 degrees C. It can be stacked up to three units high, with an optional heavy duty stand available.
