The Zanolli Synthesis 12/100E is a 40 inch electric impingement conveyor oven built for large scale commercial production. A full width double glazed inspection door allows loading and unloading mid cook, and the stainless steel construction with built in cooling keeps the exterior cool to the touch.

The control board offers up to 10 programmable cooking settings with independent top and bottom power adjustment from 50 to 100 percent, plus an economy mode for quieter periods. Working temperature is reached in around 20 minutes and the oven cooks at up to 320 degrees C. It can be stacked up to two units, with an optional heavy duty stand available.
