The Zanolli Synthesis 11/65E is a 26 inch electric impingement conveyor oven suited to busier commercial kitchens needing greater throughput. A full width double glazed inspection door allows loading and unloading during the cook cycle, while the stainless steel construction and inbuilt cooling system keep the exterior cool and easy to maintain.

The control board supports up to 10 programmable cooking settings with independent top and bottom power adjustment from 50 to 100 percent, and an economy mode helps reduce running costs during quieter periods. Working temperature is reached in about 20 minutes and the oven cooks at up to 320 degrees C. Units can be stacked up to three high, with an optional heavy duty stand available.
