The Zanolli Galassia 60VAR is a fixed head, fixed bowl spiral dough mixer with variable speed control, powered by an inverter driven three phase motor that plugs into a standard 10 amp single phase outlet. It kneads up to 60kg of finished dough in an 82 litre bowl, built with the same heavy duty stainless steel spiral and bowl construction as the rest of the Galassia range.

Variable speed lets operators fine tune mixing intensity for different dough types and hydration levels up to 55%, while the fully chain driven, gearbox free transmission adds strength and reliability. Standard features include a timer control, electromechanical controls, a clear ABS safety guard and heavy duty lockable castors.
