The Zanolli Galassia 35 is a fixed head, fixed bowl spiral dough mixer built for higher volume kitchens needing a dependable single speed machine. It runs on a single phase motor and kneads up to 35kg of finished dough in a 41 litre bowl, with a heavy duty stainless steel spiral and bowl mounted on a welded, painted steel chassis with a stainless steel top.

Like the rest of the Galassia range, the 35 is 100% chain driven rather than gearbox driven, giving it extra strength and easier servicing when working tough mixes up to 55% hydration. It comes with a timer control, electromechanical controls, a clear transparent ABS guard, and heavy duty lockable castors.
