The Zanolli Galassia 18 is a fixed head, fixed bowl spiral dough mixer built for pizzerias and bakeries needing a dependable single speed machine with more capacity. It runs on a single phase motor and kneads up to 18kg of finished dough in a 23 litre bowl, with a heavy duty stainless steel spiral and bowl mounted on a welded, painted steel chassis with a stainless steel top.

As with the rest of the Galassia range, the 18 is 100% chain driven rather than gearbox driven, giving it extra strength and easier servicing when working tough mixes up to 55% hydration. It comes with a timer control, electromechanical controls, a clear transparent ABS guard, and heavy duty lockable castors.
