The Zanolli Citizen PWG9 is a single deck gas pizza oven suited to busy pizza venues needing greater throughput. It is constructed entirely in stainless steel, with a four layer ceramic stone lined chamber and rockwool insulation that helps the oven reach and hold a maximum temperature of 370 degrees Celsius. Heavy duty spring mounted doors with double glass ceramic windows and an athermic handle keep the unit safe and cool to touch.

Each deck accommodates up to 9 x 34cm pizzas, with a gas burner positioned low in the chamber for consistent heat distribution and an adjustable flame selector. Gas consumption is rated at 72MJ/hr, the unit is stackable up to two decks, and operation is via a simple electromechanical control panel with digital display.
