The Zanolli Citizen PWG6 is a single deck gas pizza oven designed for commercial pizzerias and high volume kitchens. Built entirely from stainless steel, it uses a four layer ceramic stone chamber lining with rockwool insulation to hold heat efficiently, reaching a maximum temperature of 370 degrees Celsius. Heavy duty spring mounted doors with double glass ceramic viewing windows and an athermic handle keep the exterior cool and comfortable to operate.

Each deck holds up to 6 x 34cm pizzas, with a gas burner positioned low in the chamber for even heat circulation and adjustable flame intensity. Gas consumption is rated at 47MJ/hr, and the unit is stackable up to two decks high, with an electromechanical control panel and digital display for straightforward operation.
