The Zanolli Citizen PW9+9 is a double deck electric pizza oven with a 9 x 34cm pizza capacity per deck, for a combined eighteen pizza output in a single stainless steel block. Armoured heating elements with enhanced power near the door compensate for heat loss, and the unit can be extended with an additional deck for a triple stack configuration.

Each chamber has an independent energy regulator giving 0-100% control of the top and bottom elements without affecting overall temperature, backed by a thick refractory stone base for heat retention. Heavy duty spring mounted doors with double fireproof glass and a digital control panel are standard, with optional leavening provers, refractory lining and element upgrades available.
