The Zanolli Citizen EP70 4 is a single deck electric pizza oven with a 4 x 34cm pizza capacity per deck, built for busy kitchens needing a compact, modular footprint. Its stainless steel body uses armoured heating elements designed to minimise heat loss from frequent door openings, and units can be stacked up to three high as needs grow.

Independent top and bottom element controls allow precise adjustment for different products, while a thick refractory ceramic floor and heavy duty double glazed doors support consistent results and good heat retention. The oven reaches up to 400 degrees C and runs on a simple electromechanical dial control panel, with an optional exhaust hood canopy available for ventilation compliance.
