The Zanolli Sirio 500/850 is a benchtop pastry dough sheeter built to roll dough into thin, wrinkle free sheets. It uses two synchronised 850mm x 500mm belts that fold away when not in use, so it suits pastry kitchens with limited bench space. A single speed three phase motor controls infeed and outfeed together.

Thickness is adjustable from 0.2mm to 35mm with a digital display that updates in real time as the handle is turned, and a joystick moves the belts smoothly left and right. The 60mm rolling pins are heavy duty stainless steel, dough scrapers lift off in seconds for cleaning, and a removable flour tray and safety guard round out the design.
