The Zanolli Selene 60 is a heavy duty 60 litre planetary mixer for pastry shops and bakeries, capable of whipping egg whites to stiff peaks, working shortcrust pastry, kneading dough and blending runny mixes into smooth emulsions through its planetary motion. The electromechanical control panel gives 3 speed operation with a built-in timer.

The bowl is thick AISI 304 stainless steel and is quick release for easy cleaning and emptying, with a tool locking system for secure attachment of the included dough hook, paddle and whisk. The steel planetary drive runs in an oil-filled cast iron housing on ball bearings for quiet, low maintenance operation, and the mixer sits on four anti-vibration rubber feet with a bowl guard microswitch for safety.
