The Round Blade Sharpening Attachment is an accessory for the Tormek T-2 Pro Kitchen Knife Sharpener that allows round blades to be sharpened, from rotary gyro knives to kebab or shawarma blades. It fits most knife blades and maintains the same bevel angle around the entire blade edge.

The attachment sharpens round, rotary knife blades of approximately 80-140 mm (3 1/8" - 5 1/2") in diameter and fits most hole profiles on blades from different manufacturers. It is self-sharpening after assembly, simply mount it and start the machine, and a separate honing stage de-burrs and polishes the blade edge.
