The Roband MW10CS is a bench-top multi-function warmer set up as a carving station, combining heat from above and below to hold and display hot food ready for service.

A quartz heat lamp provides heat from above while stainless steel elements heat from below, keeping carved meats at serving temperature. The compact unit is supplied with a full size 65mm deep gastronorm pan along with a full size perforated and spiked pan (25mm deep), which doubles as a carving tray.
