Dual thermostatic control and compacted cooking plate elements with superior clamping give fast temperature recovery and reliable heat control across the plate. A forward positioned grease gutter feeds into an integrated, side positioned grease collection box that lifts out easily for cleaning. Runs on 15 Amp.
