The Roband FR25 is a benchtop double pan fryer with two 5 litre tanks, giving two independent frying stations while freeing up counter-top space compared to a floor standing unit.

The fryer is built in stainless steel with precise thermostat control on each tank, a splash guard with bash plate, and min and max oil level markers for easy topping up. A safety lock mechanism stops the element being removed while the machine is switched on, and the swing back element locks in place in two positions for cleaning access. The bevelled fryer body allows easy tank removal, and each side has its own isolating switch. Insulated basket handles, element guards and a safety over-temperature cut-out are fitted throughout. Capacity is 2 x 5 litres, drawing 2 x 10 Amp.
