The Roband FD10 is a benchtop donut fryer, designed specifically for donut frying with a shallow pan that maintains optimum temperatures and recovery times.

The unit is built in stainless steel with precise thermostat control, a swing back element and an element guard, backed by a safety over-temperature cut-out and isolating switch. Side trays, racks and lifters are included, ready for use. Capacity is 8.5 litres, drawing 10 Amp.
