The Roband F28 is a double pan fryer with two 8 litre tanks, letting kitchens double up on quantities, stagger orders, or keep different foods separate across the two pans and baskets.

Built in stainless steel, the fryer has precise thermostat control, a swing back element for access, and min and max oil level markers. The tank is easily removable, each side has its own isolating switch, and the unit is fitted with an insulated basket handle, element guard and safety over-temperature cut-out. Capacity is 2 x 8 litres, drawing 2 x 15 Amp.
