The Roband BM4C is a 39 litre counter top bain marie supplied with 6 x 1/3 size 150mm deep pans and lids, suited to holding a wider range of dish depths at serving temperature.

The unit is built in stainless steel with durable stainless steel elements and a double skin tank, and can be run wet or dry. An energy regulator control adjusts heat output, a slimline thermometer allows temperature monitoring, and a removable cross bar assists with pan arrangement and access.
