The Roband BM4 is a counter top bain marie designed to hold 4 x 1/2 size gastronorm pans at serving temperature, supplied without pans so it can be configured to suit the kitchen's own gastronorm sizes up to 150mm deep.

The unit is built in stainless steel with durable stainless steel elements and a double skin tank, and can be run wet or dry. An energy regulator control adjusts heat output, a slimline thermometer allows temperature monitoring, and a removable cross bar assists with pan arrangement and access.
