The Roband BM23A is a double row hot bain marie designed to hold food at serving temperature, supplied complete with 6 x 1/2 size 100mm deep pans.

Constructed from stainless steel, it features removable cross bars, a safety lock ball valve drain and can be operated wet or dry. Dura-life stainless steel elements are controlled via an energy regulator, with a thermometer display for temperature monitoring. Maximum pan depth is 100mm, and trolleys are available separately.
