The Roband BM23 is a double row hot bain marie designed to hold food at serving temperature, set up for 6 x 1/2 size gastronorm pans (pans not included).

Constructed from stainless steel, it can be run wet or dry and uses Dura-life stainless steel elements controlled by an energy regulator, with a thermometer display for monitoring temperature. Removable cross bars and a safety lock ball valve drain make servicing and cleaning easier, and the unit supports a range of gastronorm pan combinations up to 100mm deep. A matching trolley is available.
