The Roband Hot Bain Marie 6 x 1/2 size pans, single row is a single row hot bain marie from Roband, designed to hold food at serving temperature for buffet and servery use.

It is built from stainless steel with removable cross bars and a safety lock ball valve drain, and can be run wet or dry using Dura-life stainless steel elements with energy regulator control and a thermometer display. A matching trolley is available.
