The Roband BM14A is a single row hot bain marie designed to hold food at serving temperature, supplied complete with 4 x 1/2 size 100mm deep pans.

Built in stainless steel with removable cross bars, the unit can be run wet or dry and includes a safety lock ball valve drain for easy emptying. Dura-life stainless steel elements and an energy regulator control give reliable, adjustable heating, and a thermometer display lets staff monitor temperature at a glance. Maximum pan depth is 100mm, and matching trolleys are available.
