The Roband BM1 is a counter top bain marie with energy regulator control, designed to support a range of gastronorm pan combinations up to 150mm in a single 1/2 size position (pans not included).

Built in stainless steel with durable stainless steel elements and a double skin tank, it runs wet or dry, with a slimline thermometer fitted to monitor holding temperature.
