The Roaster ROC53s is a floor-standing charcoal oven that combines an enclosed oven with an open charcoal grill in one cabinet, built from stainless steel for continuous commercial use. It measures 785 x 477 x 1585 mm and weighs approximately 205 kg.

It runs faster than an open grill and uses less charcoal thanks to its enclosed firebox and integrated vent system, while a reinforced upper casing and cast iron door and interior frame improve heat retention and durability. The smoke outlet includes a three-piece removable chimney kit with a fire breaker filter for safety, and the grease collector, ash drawer and grill grates lift out for cleaning. Every unit ships fully accessorised.
