The Roaster GR120 is a Robata-style charcoal grill built for fireside show cooking, combining Greek and Japanese grilling traditions. It measures 1200 x 450 x 730 mm and weighs approximately 107 kg.

Multiple grilling levels and two-sided cooking access make it well suited to open kitchens where diners watch the grilling happen, cooking small pieces of seafood, vegetables and skewered meat over charcoal at varying speeds. The insulated, refractory-lined firebox with an integrated vent system contains heat safely, and the grill grates, racks and ash drawer are removable for cleaning.
