The Roaster GP1GC is a standard parrilla-style charcoal grill, the Argentinian/Basque grilling format built around height-adjustable grill grates over an open bed of embers. It measures 800 x 825 x 1550 mm and weighs approximately 160 kg.

An integrated elevating system lets the cook raise or lower the grill grates to control grilling temperature across multiple levels, while inclined V-grooved grates channel grease away into a collector rather than onto the coals. The fully insulated firebox with a refractory fire pit and vent system contains heat safely, and the grill grates, upper racks and ash drawer are removable for cleaning.
