The Roaster CFW12 is a freestanding charcoal/wood-fired chicken rotisserie with a planetary spinning system for even roasting. It measures 1090 x 920 x 1930 mm and roasts approximately 18-24 chickens per load, weighing approximately 450 kg.

It runs on charcoal or firewood, loaded through a rear cabin door, using the same planetary spinning mechanism Roaster uses across the range to roast evenly and quickly. A firebrick-lined combustion chamber and refractory glass inspection door contain heat efficiently while letting the cook monitor progress, and an ash collector drawer beneath the grease tray simplifies clean-up.
