The Noaw NS300MB is a black manual flywheel slicer built from stainless steel and aluminium, designed for shaving and slicing delicate cold cut meats.

The alloy steel blade is perfectly balanced and chrome plated, with the meat table and blade movements fully co-ordinated and geared to the hand rotation of the flywheel. It has a double sliding plate with a lockable hand grip to hold meat securely, a built-in sharpening head, and a blade ring guard. Slice thickness is set via a precise adjustment knob, giving 0-1.5mm slices with a cutting capacity diameter of 210mm and a 300mm blade diameter. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for the internal mechanisms.
