The NOAW NS330M is a red manual flywheel slicer built from stainless steel and aluminium, well suited to shaving and slicing delicate cold cut meats.

The alloy steel blade is perfectly balanced and chrome plated, and the meat table and blade movements are fully co-ordinated and geared to the hand rotation of the flywheel. A double sliding plate with lockable hand grip securely holds the meat in place, and a built-in sharpening head and blade ring guard are included, along with a precise slice thickness adjustment knob. Cutting capacity diameter is 235mm, with a 330mm blade diameter and a slice thickness range of 0-1.5mm. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for use on internal mechanisms.
