The Noaw NS300V is a belt driven manual vertical slicer designed for shaving and slicing delicate cold and cured meats.

A double sliding plate with a lockable hand grip runs on two vertical columns, with spikes on the plate and meat grip holding product securely in place. The unit is built from anodised aluminium and includes a built-in sharpening head and blade ring guard. Slice thickness is set via a precise adjustment knob, giving 0-12mm slices with a 300mm blade. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for the internal mechanisms.
