The NOAW NS300M is a manual flywheel meat slicer with a retro-styled red exterior, suited to shaving and slicing delicate cold cut meats.

Built in stainless steel and aluminium, the alloy steel blade is perfectly balanced and chrome plated, with the meat table and blade movement fully co-ordinated and geared to hand rotation of the flywheel. A double sliding plate with lockable hand grip securely holds meat in place, and the unit includes a built-in sharpening head and blade ring guard. Slice thickness is adjustable from 0-1.5mm, with a cutting capacity diameter of 210mm and a 300mm blade diameter. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for the internal mechanisms.
