The Irinox MultiFresh Next LL Excellence is the largest capacity model in the MultiFresh Next Excellence range, designed for high-output professional environments demanding the full range of multi-function cold chain processing. Like all MultiFresh Next Excellence models, it operates across the full temperature spectrum from +85°C to -40°C, supporting blast chilling, shock freezing, low temperature cooking, dough proofing, thawing, regeneration and pasteurisation. All functions are accessible from the 10-inch touch screen interface. The LL format accommodates significantly larger batch volumes, making it suited to central production kitchens, large bakeries and industrial food production operations. It features a fully programmable Green R290 refrigeration system and an adjustable racking system compatible with GN 1/1 and 600x400mm bakery trays.
