The Hobart PROFI AMXXL-VR is an extra-large hood-type dishwasher fitted with both VAPOSTOP and drain heat recovery.

It cleans general warewash, baker's baskets, butcher's crates, trays and gastronorm bowls. VAPOSTOP removes the need for a third-party exhaust system, while drain heat recovery is designed to provide energy savings and reduce total cost of ownership.
