The SFCM is a stand designed to suit the Hobart ECOMAX combi ovens, providing a purpose-built base for units such as the HECME6 and HECME10.

As part of the ECOMAX combi range, the stand supports the oven at bench height, allowing it to be positioned as a complete combi cooking station in a commercial kitchen.
