The Hallde VCM-42 (3 phase) is a vertical cutter mixer that chops, mixes, purees, blends and minces a range of food products.

The stainless steel bowl has a gross volume of 4 litres and a net liquid volume of 1.4 litres, housed in a metal machine casing. It runs 2 speeds, 1,500 RPM and 3,000 RPM, plus a pulse function, driven by a powerful high torque motor with a patented scraper system. Rated at 750W, 3 phase, supplied unplugged.
